We stay with the product after launch: maintenance, improvements and new functionality. Continuity follows the collaboration, when there is a reason to go further.
How scope and cost are set
Scope, timing and cost are defined after we understand the product. The first conversation is short, free and without obligation.
Ownership
After completion and payment, the client owns the custom product and the code developed specifically for the project.
Confidentiality
When the conversation involves sensitive information, we can sign a confidentiality agreement before going into detail.

At what stage can a business approach Kelyndro?
From an early idea through to a product that needs to be built, reshaped or evolved. The clearer the problem, the more useful the first conversation becomes.
Can Kelyndro help define and improve an early idea?
Yes. Part of the work is helping to clarify what is worth building, for whom, and in what order. The introductory conversation does not replace a full study.
Does Kelyndro handle UX/UI design?
Yes. Designing the experience is part of building the product, not a separate extra added at the end.
Does Kelyndro develop web and mobile applications?
Yes. Web applications, iOS and Android apps, and combinations where the product requires them.
Can AI or automation be included where useful?
Yes, when they solve a specific problem. We do not add “AI” as decoration.
Does Kelyndro remain involved after launch?
That is our preference. Maintenance, improvements and evolution are the natural way for a collaboration to continue. It is not imposed as an irreversible commitment on every project.
Who owns the custom product and code?
After completion and payment, the client receives ownership of the product and of the code written specifically for the project, with the reasonable exceptions of third-party services, licences, open source and pre-existing components, as set out in the agreement.
Can an NDA be signed?
Yes, before a detailed discussion of a sensitive idea or confidential business information.
How does a collaboration begin?
With a message through the contact form. We review it, reply from the corporate email and, if there is a relevant fit, arrange a first conversation.
Is the first introductory discussion free?
Yes. It is short, free and without obligation. It does not include a complete strategy, specification or technical study.
How are scope, timing and cost determined?
After we understand the product. We do not commit to fixed delivery times before that understanding, and we do not publish general pricing.
