This policy explains how Kelyndro Technologies Ι.Κ.Ε. (“we”) process data when you visit this website or send us a message. It applies to the Kelyndro corporate site, not to the Tav-la product, which has its own notice.

The controller is Kelyndro Technologies Ι.Κ.Ε., based in Thessaloniki, Greece. For privacy matters, use the contact details shown on this website or the contact form.

What we collect

If you use the contact form, we receive your name, company, professional email, the reason for contact, and your phone number or message if you provide them. We do not ask for more than we need in order to assess the enquiry and reply.

Why we process it

We process contact details to review the enquiry, reply, and — if there is a relevant fit — arrange a conversation. The legal bases are steps prior to a contract at your request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in handling professional enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

Where messages are sent

The form sends the details to a message-delivery service configured through environment variables. We do not publish personal email addresses on the site. The provider acts as a processor for delivering the message. If the form is not connected, the message is not sent and no false confirmation is shown.

Analytics

The site may use lightweight, privacy-conscious analytics (for example Plausible or Umami) for page visits, language, clicks through to Tav-la, email or phone clicks, contact-form starts and successful submissions, and the selected reason for contact. The recommended setup does not use advertising cookies and is not intended for advertising profiles. If a cookie-based tool is added later, we will update this policy and add the appropriate notice.

Technical data and fonts

The hosting server may keep ordinary technical logs (IP address, browser, time) for security and operations. The website fonts are hosted by us; they are not loaded from Google when you visit.

Cookies

The core website does not rely on cookies to function. We do not currently publish a separate cookie page, because the default configuration does not require one. That depends on the final analytics and hosting choices. If cookies are introduced, we will say so clearly.

Retention

Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to reply and to maintain a reasonable business record, and are then deleted or restricted. Technical logs follow the hosting provider’s policy.

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability under the GDPR. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

Third-party services

Links to tav-la.com and any external profiles lead to sites with their own policies. We are not responsible for processing on those sites.
